Connor has directed in both the United States & Australia, with productions spanning from Off-Broadway to touring shows. As a director he has worked with Megan McGinnis (Daddy Long Legs, Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast), Jim Stanek (Fun Home, Gentlemen's Guide), Santino Fontana (Cinderella, Hello Dolly), Daniel Breaker (Hamilton), Robin DeJesus (Boys in the Band, In the Heights),  Julie Benko (Fiddler), Zal Owen(Fiddler, Biloxi Blues), Brad Rouse (Former Assistant to Hal Prince), and perhaps most prominently, Douglas Carter Beane.
